4 Bedroom House in Harwich Port, Harwichport

This new new home was just built a few years ago and is perfect for a luxury vacation on Cape Cod. You can see the ocean and life guard stand from the house- that is how close to the water you will be. Walk the beach at sunrise or sunset, take a leisurely stroll to the center walking past Allen's Harbor, or sit on the sandy beach.
The house has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, almost every amenity needed for a great vacation. There is plenty of room to dine outside and play hackysack while the inside has plenty of space- including a living room, den-and enclosed porch- giving you plenty of space.
Location, location, location! This is a private street with trees on one side and you can only access the water by walking. The house is literally steps from the beach (less than .01 miles) and you can see the water from the living room and master bedroom.
But within a mile, you have Harwichport Center with great restaurants and shops. Within a mile are bumper boats, mini golf, go carts, batting cages, the Rail Trail and more to keep the children entertained. Within miles are top rated golf courses, movie theaters, hiking trails, the Rail Trail and more.
Harwichport is central to everything on the Cape. Shop in Chatham (15 minutes) or spend a day in Provincetown (50 minutes). Maybe head to Hyannis (30 minutes) or just explore the beaches on the north and south side of the Cape. Take a day trip to Nantucket (the ferry is about 2 miles from the house). Most often, guests just want to hang at this beautiful house , relax and walk to the beach.
The house has games, beach chairs, beach towels, linens, towels, and more. Every guest in the past has given it a five star rating, and I think you just might love it too! Please note that we only do 7 day rentals for high season- June, July and August. Thank you! Other months have a 3 day minimum rental. Thank you!

Summary: My family had a lovely stay here. You can't beat the location - it's a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need; plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, cooking supplies, beach chairs and beach towels, etc. The owner is very responsive and was quick to answer any questions or rectify any issues. Would recommend to others.

Summary: We all enjoyed an absolutely fantastic few days. Location was close to downtown and only a very short walk to the beach. The house was perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend and we hope to return.

Summary: Great house for a family reunion. 4 bedrooms, One bedroom actually has 4 beds. Well stocked kitchen. Clean, great bathrooms as well. Air conditioning. Walking distance to beach. We also used barbecue alot and nice back patio to eat outside. Marie was very responsive to questions I had about the place. Harwich where house is located is well situation on cape cod and close to lots of attractions. NIce large supermarket close as well. We had a great time

Summary: We had a big group of 10 women and the house felt large enough to comfortably fit us all. There was plenty of room and we could spread out without a problem. The kitchen had all the necessities for proper dinner prep. We did have some Wi-Fi issues. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice but could use a few hooks right outside of the shower. A large, full-length mirror somewhere upstairs would be a plus. The patio was nice with multiple seating areas and a new grill. The beach was a quick walk, very pretty and clean..

Summary: We really enjoyed our week here. The house is very clean and comfortable and we spent many evenings lounging in the backyard and living room. The proximity to the beach was also great. The house is only 3 bathrooms (1 is bathroom is an outdoor shower, and the listing should be changed to reflect that). Also, the kitchen was well-stocked but there was a significant amount of expired food in the freezer/ cabinets. Other than those two issues, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the house.
